Etemad Molk 300g

Etemad Molk or Kurut, a traditional Kyrgyz snack made from sour milk or yoghurt. Traditionally homemade in rural communities in the mountains, Kyrgyz cheese is known across Central Asia, Turkey, Iran and the Levant.

Use:

Kurut is meant for use when other cheeses or dairy are not available, such as during food shortages, travelling, military operations, etc., or for use in winter, when animals aren't producing much milk. It can be made from cow or sheep milk. One method uses milk.

Although sensitivity to lactose varies by person, children and adults who experience discomfort from lactose may be able to consume Kashk without experiencing the symptoms of lactose intolerance.
