Originally made from buckwheat flour or a combination of buckwheat and wheat flour, making of this traditional noodle became a tourist attraction in Korea. Wang Korea Buckwheat Vermicelle are most commonly served chilled with a dipping sauce or in hot broth as a noodle soup. Known to have a slightly nutty, earthy taste.
Storage & Use:
Store in a dry, cool and dark place. Cook the soba noodles according to the package instructions: it should take about 4 to 5 minutes. Important: when the noodles are done cooking, rinse them under cool running water in a strainer, tossing them to remove the starch.
