Delicious, caffeine-free Hung Phat Artichoke Tea is made from the whole Artichoke plant, although brands will differ in the percentage of flower, stem and leaf. This traditional tea is a Vietnamese favourite, and has a smooth and naturally sweet flavour, rich mouthfeel, and surprising aroma reminiscent of vanilla or milk chocolate.
Use:
Brew for 3-5 minutes in 100˚C water 3 minutes for a light cup and 5 minutes for a strong cup and if adding milk. Recommended additives: slice of lemon when drinking straight or with milk and sugar.
