Biosene Arraw Label Afrik is a delicious West African dessert. It is made from millet. It is a short food paste obtained from millet flour mixed with water. The arraw exists in three sizes of different granulometry. In the kitchen, they can be used in many ways.

Storage:

Keep away from direct sunlight and store in a tight lid container after opening the package. Store in a cool and dry place.

Use:

In a pot, put a litre of water and add a good pinch of salt. When the water comes to a boil, pour the "Arraw" in rain. Let it cook for at least 30 minutes over medium heat, stirring from time to time to avoid lumps. Don't hesitate to add more water because the paste absorbs water as it thickens. The paste is cooked when the small grains of millet are melting.
