Biosene Thiakry Label Afrik is a gourmet Senegalese dessert. Made from millet, it is steamed, often served with sour milk or yogurt, fresh or dried fruit and spices such as nutmeg.
To prepare ThiaKry, simply pour the same volume of warm water over dry Thiakry, let it stand for 10 minutes after covering, then steam or microwave. Another possibility of use: pour boiling water, cover and allow to swell.
Store in a dry place away from sunlight and rodents. Thiakry is a senegalese dessert you eat with yoghurt.
