Lee Kum Kee Peking Duck Sauce is a sweet spicy sauce made of carefully selected spices like chilli, garlic and ground soybeans. This sauce can be used for preparing marinades, for seasoning crispy aromatic duck and Peking duck or as a dipping sauce for grilled and roasted meats.

Use:

Peking duck sauce can be used in making peking duck, the most famous dish in China and it can also be used to make stir-fries, steamed dishes, and especially seafood dishes.
