MDS Toor Lentils (Toor Dal) are tasty and very healthy as they are rich in fibre and important proteins. Toor lentils are slightly larger in grain than the moong lentils known in India and Pakistan and are popular in stews or with meat dishes. Toor lentils are a good alternative to potatoes, rice or bread. They need to be soaked and washed for about 30 minutes before cooking.
