Patak's Bhuna Paste 283g

Patak's Bhuna Paste is an authentic blend of aromatic spices including coriander, cumin, paprika and tomato for a beautifully balanced Bhuna dish. Bhuna is a “Hindi” word that means “roasted”. This term comes from a cooking technique where the spices, onion & tomatoes are roasted in oil at high heat.

Use:

Fry the diced lamb or aubergines for 5 Mins in a little oil until sealed. Add the sauce and simmer for 25 mins until the lamb or vegetables are cooked through. Try adding a handful of green peas whilst simmering the sauce.
