Patak's Tikka Marinade Paste 300g
Patak's authentic Tikka marinade paste and aromatic spice mix, which includes spices, coriander and other fresh ingredients is all that is needed for a perfectly constructed Tikka recipe.
¼ cup plain yoghurt (for marinade) 5 tbsp. Patak’s Tikka Masala Curry Paste 8 Oz diced chicken breast 1 medium onion, diced 1 tbsp. vegetable oil ½ cup of water ½ cup fresh or canned tomatoes ¼ cup cream or plain yoghurt (optional) Method: Combine yoghurt and Patak’s Tikka Masala Paste, add chicken. Marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour or overnight for a fuller flavor. Gently sauté onions until golden, add chicken and sauté until sealed. Add chopped tomatoes and water; simmer for 25 minutes until chicken is cooked through. Stir in cream or yoghurt just before serving (optional). Serve with hot, cooked rice. Notice: This product reflects original taste of India. it has mustard and may contain traces of peanut or tree nuts but has no artificial flavor in it.
