Shan Karahi Masala 50g

Shan Karahi has just the right balance of spices so you can give this North Indian and Pakistani specialty the perfect, authentic taste. Karahi is prepared with tomatoes and has a thick gravy that goes well with naan, roti or rice.

Use:

In a pan, heat oil and fry onions until translucent. Add meat or ghost pieces and karahi masala. Fry for 10 minutes till tender. Cook for 20 minutes till they are soft and tender. Sprinkle crushed Kasoori Methi and lemon juice.
