Perfect the base flavour in all of your Japanese cooking with Shimaya bonita flavoured seasoning. This box contains ten sachets of dashi soup stock flavoured with bonito fish rich in the umami flavours essential in most traditional Japanese foods. 

Use:

Use this dashi when making miso soups, noodle soups, oden hot pots, and more. Miso Soup: 1 sachet of the seasoning, 4-5 cups of water and 4 tablespoons of miso paste makes 4-5 servings. Noodle Soup: 2 sachets of seasoning, 5 cups of water and soy sauce makes 3 servings.
