Suree Brand Pad Thai Sauce is used to make fried noodle dishes combining flavours of sweet (white or palm sugar, in USA also ketchup is used), sour (vinegar, lime or tamarind) and salty (fish sauce or salt). It is a combination of wide rice noodles, marinated vegetables, crispy bean sprouts, peanuts, fried tofu, dried shrimps, and any meat or various seafood. This dish is cooked in a flat pan, not in a wok.

Use:

Mix the required amount of sauce with water to taste and heat over a low flame. Add the resulting sauce to the dish and cook together until all ingredients are softened.
