Tiantan Vermicelli Bean Thread 250g

Tiantan Vermicelli Bean Thread made from rice starch or mung bean are popular in Asian countries and known as vermicelli or glass noodles. Sometimes called glass noodles, are a type of transparent noodle made from starch (such as mung bean starch, potato starch, sweet potato starch, tapioca, or canna starch) and water. 

Use:

Put noodles into boiling water and let boil for about 5 minutes. Rinse in cold water and drain. Stir Fry the sliced beef, onion, mushroom and carrot in a greased pan adding soya sauce and garlic. Blanch the spinach, rinse in cold water and drain. Mix well all the prepared ingredients with the condiments listed.
