TRS Black Eye Beans, also known as black-eye peas have a distinctive nutty flavour that lends itself in vegetarian burgers, bean salads, casseroles or the classic Jamaican dish of rice and peas. These black-eye beans have been pre-cooked; simply drain and rinse well prior to use. 

Use:

Place beans in a saucepan, cover with water and heat on the hob gently to required temperature, stirring occasionally. Do not boil. To serve cold, simply drain and rinse. Store in a cool dry place.
