TRS Dried Coconut Halves are broken coconut halves that have been dried for a much longer period of time than fresh coconuts. They can be pounded or grated and mixed into curries, desserts, or salads. The insides are traditionally scraped with a metal scraper to obtain thin slices of coconut.
