Wang Korea Dried Noodles for Udon are wholesome wheat noodles ideal for making Udon noodle soup. Korean Udon soup is similar to the Japanese version but with a few added ingredients, most notably these noodles. The broth is made from dashi, soy sauce and mirin.
Use:
Put noodles into boiling water and let boil for about 5 minutes. Rinse in cold water and drain. Stir Fry the sliced beef, onion, mushroom and carrot in a greased pan adding soya sauce and garlic. Blanch the spinach, rinse in cold water and drain. Mix well all the prepared ingredients with the condiments listed.
