Its Coconut Cream consists of the solid part of the first-press of the coconut meat. 100% coconut cream with no additives or preservatives. Ideal for baking, cooking, and preparing with raw food dishes.

Use:

Due to the higher fat content, the cream may be solidified (lumpy) upon arrival. You can regain its original texture by placing the product in a hot bath for 5-10 mins and stirring it occasionally.
