Ashoka Shahi Rajma as the name suggests, is a royal delicacy originally enjoyed by the Mughal emperors. It is a delectable dish consisting of red kidney beans, tomatoes, onions and spices. It is slow cooked over a slow fire to retain its rich flavour, and is served with rice and Indian breads.
Use:
Take an unopened foil pouch of shahi rajma and immerse in boiling water for 3-5mins. Remove the pouch, snip and serve. Or Empty contents into an oven bowl and heat for 1-2 mins. Stir and serve.Â
