Ashoka Delhi Dal Makhani is a mild vegetarian dish with black gram beans and tomatoes blended into a thick rich sauce. Ideally served as a main dish with jeera pilaf (cumin rice), naan breads or chapatis. A relatively modern variation of traditional lentil dishes, it is made with urad dal and other pulses, and includes butter and cream.
Use:
Take an unopened foil pouch of delhi dal makhani and immerse in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Remove the pouch, snip and serve. Or Empty contents into an oven bowl and heat for 1-2 mins. Stir And serve.
