Birlin Mühle Ethiopian Coffee are a wet-processed (washed) coffee varietal grown in the western part of Ethiopia. It is also more balanced with a longer lasting body. Ethiopian coffee is known for its complex flavour and rich, sharp acidity.
Storage:
Keep away from direct sunlight and store in a tight lid container after opening the package. Store in a cool and dry place.
Use:
Preheat a pan to approx. 180 - 190 C. Add coffee beans and stir constantly. Roasting time between 10 - 20 minutes, depending on the desired degree of roasting. Alternatively, it can be prepared in the oven for 15-20 minutes at the same temperature. Distribute the beans in a single layer on the tray. Turn once after approx. Wait 10 minutes and serve hot.
