Ashoka Matar Paneer (Tofu) is a delicious dish made of fresh green peas in a tomato based sauce with tofu. It makes an excellent main course when served with hot rice, naan bread or chapatis. It is 100% vegetarian with no preservatives, gluten free and ready to eat. 

Use:

Take an unopened foil pouch of matar paneer and immerse in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Remove the pouch, snip and serve. Or Empty contents into an oven bowl and heat for 1-2 mins. Stir And serve.

Water, green peas, tofu (soya beans, water, citric acid, salt), onion, coconut milk, sunflower oil, cashew nuts, garlic, tomato paste, ginger, salt, chilli powder, corn starch, green chilli, cumin, red chilli whole, coriander, turmeric, dried fenugreek leaves.
