MDH Pakora Masala 100g

Pakoras are hot favourites in the rainy season, relished with tamarind chutney or tomato soup ketchup. It consists of items, often vegetables such as potatoes and onions, coated in MDH Pakora Masala and deep fried. 

Storage & Uses:

Mix the contents of this pack in flour and then mix it in water. Stir to a smooth batter and set aside for 5 minutes. Dip sliced potatoes and chilies into batter and coat evenly. Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown. Serve with hot chutney or tomato sauce. Store the remaining dry mix in a cool and dry place for later use.

Coriander, Salt White, Dehydrated Unripe Mango, Fenugreek Leaves, Cumin, Yellow Chilli, Chilli Red, Black Pepper, Dried Ginger, Bishop weed, Cardamom Amomum, Salt Black, Cinnamon, Cloves, Nutmeg, Mace. Allergen: May contain mustard, may contain traces of sulphur dioxide and sulphites.
