MDH Pulao Masala 50g

MDH Pulao Masala is a spice blend for vegetable rice. Pulao is rice cooked with vegetables and flavoured with spices. Pulao masala is a spice that adds taste to your entrée. 

Use:

Soak rice for about 30 minutes. Heat oil in a pan. Add Pulao Masala and heat, stirring about 15-2o seconds. Add rice and fry while stirring for about 2 minutes.

Ingredients:

Cassia, black pepper, cardamom seeds, cloves, caraway, cardamom green, mace.
